When booking an activity or accomodation
At time of booking we request the following information by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Full name
- Mobile phone nr (incl country code)
- Tour(s) and/or lodging
- Tour date(s) and/or date for check-in and check-out
- Number of participants
- Special dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarianism, pescetarianism, allergies etc.)
- Wintertime the following can be added: Scheduled transfers. To be pre-ordered by stating pick-up and drop-off time & place, no extra charge.
- Other aspects which are good for us to know in advance.
When you book activities or accommodation, you will receive an order confirmation and an invoice. Check the order confirmation as soon as you received it. The order confirmation is your agreement with Nutti Sámi Siida and contains the price, programs, terms and conditions you agreed with Nutti Sámi Siida. Any inaccuracies must be reported immediately.
Terms of payment:
To confirm the reservation, the total amount of the order has to be paid by invoice within 7 days of booking. If it is less than 7 days left to the tour departure / client’s arrival, payment of the total amount has to be done immediately. If Nutti Sámi Siida has not received the total amount within the specified time, the booking will be cancelled automatically.

-Payment can be made using credit card or a PayPal account.
A separate e-mail with a PayPal payment request will be sent to your e-mail address. To pay by card does not require a PayPal account.
Please note that all payments must be made in SEK (Swedish kronor). Make sure to indicate the invoice number so we quickly can match a payment with the correct booking.
Cancellation must be in writing. Cancellation can be made free of charge up to 7 days from the time of booking by contacting our reservation department. Cancellation after 8 days from the booking date and until 41 days before arrival will be charged at 25% of the booking’s total amount. Cancellation within 40 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the booking’s total amount.
We have a minimum number of guests on our multiple day tours as per current product sheet. If you are the only guest on the tour and do not fill the minimum number we reserve the right to cancel the tour. Notification of tour cancellation is announced at least 60 days before the tour’s start date. If the tour is cancelled by Nutti Sami Siida, we will refund the full amount of the tour.
Travel and accident insurance:
Guests participate in our activities at their own responsibility and are obliged to follow the safety instructions assigned by the guide. We advise our guests to arrange their own travel and accident insurances.
In event of an accident on our snowmobile tours an excess of maximum SEK 8 000 per incident/snowmobile will be charged to the person who was driving the damaged snowmobile.
In addition to above terms we follow Visita’s (Swedish Hospitality Industry) general terms for conferences, group bookings and other events. In the cases where Visita’s generals terms and above terms are contradictory the above terms are current. You find Visita’s general terms at: www.nutti.se.
General information about Travel Guarantees Act:
The selling of package tours is regulated in the Travel Guarantees Act. The purpose of the Act is to protect travellers if a travel arrangement is cancelled or interrupted.
