Cancellation:
Cancellation must be in writing to info@nutti.se.
Cancellation can be made against a transaction fee of 3% up to 31 days before arrival.
Cancellation made within 30 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the booking’s total amount.

These booking terms and conditions apply at Nutti Sámi Siida AB for individuals who make their reservation against e-mail request or per phone. Please provide full name, address and phone number and relevant information for your booking request, for example dates/times/number of people/diet etc.

Package travel:
The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302. Therefore, you will benefit from all EU rights applying to packages. Company Nutti Sámi Siida AB will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole. Additionally, as required by law, company Nutti Sámi Siida AB has protection in place to refund your payments and, where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event that it becomes/they become insolvent. We have arranged travel guarantee at Kammarkollegiet (Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency) regarding package trips and linked travel arrangements. For more information contact Kammarkollegiet at +46 08 700 08 00.

Safety:
We at Nutti Sámi Siida are responsible for actively minimising the risks of all our activities. We do this by the following:
- Working preventively with safety work.
- Informing all participants about the risks with the activities.
- Providing protective equipment, e.g. helmets for reindeer sled driving activities.
- Regularly updating and informing all guides about our contingency plan.
A large part of our activities involve an interaction with animals, mainly reindeer. The reindeer we work withduring our activities and at venues are specially selected for these purposes. They are tamed and being tamed respectively and meet guests daily. Despite a high degree of tameness, there is always a risk, albeit a low one, that a single reindeer wants to retreat or protect themselves, for example by running away, jumping, butting with their antlers or kicking when it feels trapped or uncomfortable. Guests who participate in our activities are obliged to follow the safety instructions assigned by the staff.
The information we provide at time of booking and ahead of the execution of the activities gives the guest the opportunity to assess whether they can manage the activities.
Activities are adapted to prevailing weather conditions for the safety and well-being of animals and guests.
The guest is asked to provide correct information about special needs or requirements, e.g. dietary and health needs, at time of booking.

Booking information:
When you book, you will receive an e-mail with an order confirmation and invoice, based on product availability.

Order confirmation:
Check the order confirmation as soon as you received it. The order confirmation is your agreement with Nutti Sámi Siida and contains the price, programme, terms and conditions you agreed with Nutti Sámi Siida. Any inaccuracies must be reported immediately.

Terms of payment:
To confirm the reservation, payment of the total amount of the order has to be done within 5 days of booking. If it is less than 15 days left to arrival, payment of the total amount has to be done immediately via a payment link. If Nutti Sámi Siida has not received the total amount within the specified time, the booking will be cancelled automatically.

Payment:
Payment can be made cross-border, to our Swedish bankgiro or via payment link.

We have a minimum number of guests on our multiple day tours as per current product sheet. If you are the only guest on the tour and do not fill the minimum number we reserve the right to cancel the tour.
Notification of tour cancellation is announced at least 60 days before the tour's start date. If the tour is cancelled by Nutti Sami Siida AB, we will refund the full amount of the tour.

Travel and accident insurance:
We advise our guests to arrange their own travel and accident insurances.

Excess:
In event of an accident on our snowmobile tours an excess of maximum SEK 8 000 per incident/snowmobile will be charged to the person who was driving the damaged snowmobile.
