Enjoy a spectacular night in one of our goahtis during your stay in Jukkasjärvi! A goahti is a more comfortable version of the traditional lávvu, featuring a canvas tent roof that offers a unique closeness to nature while its insulated walls keep you warm.
With soft beds and a cozy fireplace, you’ll be able to fully unwind and enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Natural materials and warm, earthy tones create a calming atmosphere, making your stay even more relaxing.
The four tents are nestled in the forest next to our reindeer corrals, meaning the reindeer will be your closest neighbors.
A delicious breakfast buffet served in our lounge.

Wood for the stove to keep you warm or to add a touch of magic to your evening.
Stay comfortable in Arctic conditions with complimentary warm outerwear available for loan during winter season.
During winter, dinner is included as part of your stay. In the summer, you can choose to cook in the shared kitchen or explore local restaurants in Jukkasjärvi.
The WC, showers, sauna, and dining/lounge tent are located in shared facilities just a few meters from the accommodations. Bathrooms include WCs, single-sex showers with changing rooms, and a wood-fired mixed sauna.
Breakfast is served in the lounge tent, where you can relax in cozy sofas and armchairs throughout the afternoon and evening—whether to socialize, read a book, or simply unwind. A selection of light meals, hot drinks, beer, and wine is available at the evening bar.
A goahti does not get as warm as a normal cabin, but the isolated walls, floors and the two heaters make sure to keep the heat at a comfortable level. Exactly how warm it gets depends on the temperature outside and how big fire you make in the stove. Therefore we recomend that you bring a warm pyjamas or sleep in thermal wear during the winter time. Though we rarely get complaints on the goathi beeing to cold, the fire heated sauna is a nice place to warm up in after a long day in the snow!
The lávvu tents do not have private bathrooms. Instead, shared facilities with WCs, dry toilets, showers, and saunas are available nearby.

There is no bus stop near the lodge, so we recommend having a car for flexibility and easy access. In winter, a bookable transfer is available for check-in and check-out.
We serve many options for starters, main courses and desserts.
