Welcome to Café Sápmi, a restaurant where we celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Sámi through delicious and authentic cuisine. Here you will find traditional recipes with a modern twist, made by locally produced food. So come and share our food, culture, and traditions as you experience the warmth and hospitality that is characteristic of our community!
Our menu features traditional as well as modern Sámi dishes made with locally sourced ingredients, including reindeer meat, fish, and berries. We also take pride in preserving the traditional Sámi cooking methods, such as smoking and drying, to create flavorful and unique dishes. So with a cozy atmosphere and our big open fire, this restaurant is sure to impress!

In Café Sápmi, we serve both lunch and sweets daily next to our crackling fire. The food is based on traditional recipes but often has a modern twist. The dishes are made from traditional ingredients, always locally produced and according to the season. We serve exciting drinks, fika and last but not least: the village's best coffee.
Dinner – 17.00-22.00

Are you visiting Kiruna with a larger group and want a moment all to yourself? Then book a private event with us! Come and enjoy a lively meal around crackling fire, avaliable for both lunch and dinners. Pre-booked groups are taken care of by one or more guides for an exclusive and private event. Easily combined with a guided tour!
